Adult Clinics

Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is an on-court conditioning workout focusing on footwork endurance, speed, core strength, and of course tennis! Sign ups are week to week, beginning June 4.
Wednesdays 8:00-9:00 am $15 M / $20 NM

Tennobics
Designed with the needs of the senior citizen in mind, Tennobics combines drill work, point play, and light stretching exercises into 1 fun hour.
Wednesdays 2:00-3:00 pm $6 M / $8 NM
Fridays 2:00-3:00 pm $6 M / $8 NM

Beginner’s Clinic
Tennis is the sport for a lifetime in so many ways. Not only can you play it your entire life, but it is also never too late to learn. Whether you are new to tennis or beginning again after a long break, the Beginner’s Clinic is for you! Saturdays 11:30-1:00.
Session 1: June 7-28 $90 M / $110 NM
Session 2: July 7-31 $90 M / $110 NM

Hit-n-Move Clinic
This clinic is for 3.0 level players who want to work on court move-ment & positioning. If you are looking for a quick way to improve your game, this clinic is for you! Thursdays 9:00-10:30.
Session 1: June 5-26 $90 M / $110 NM
Session 2: July 10-31 $90 M / $110 NM

Fast Feed
This is a great clinic for the intermediate adult player. The clinic is fast paced to allow you to hit a lot of balls and get good exercise. Mondays 6:00-7:30.
Session 1: June 2-23 $90 M / $110 NM
Session 2: July 7-28 $90 M / $110 NM

Extreme Tennis
Train like the pros! This is a high intensity clinic for players who are 4.0-4.5 level and want to work hard and have fun. See Jo for further information. Mondays 7:30-9:00 am Invitation Only

Progressive Leagues

A Progressive Doubles or Singles League is really a cross be-tween a league and a mixer. Players move up & down courts and play with different partners and against different opponents throughout. Sign up is week to week.

Ladies Day Time Progressive Doubles
Thursdays 11:00 am—12:30 pm $15M/$20 NM
2.5-3.0 Levels Call Mike Mize.

Ladies Day Time Progressive Singles

Tuesdays 11:00 am—12:30 pm $20 M/ $25 NM
3.0-3.5 Levels Call Mike Mize.

  • Fitness Tip of the Month
    Add short bursts of cardio throughout a weight lifting routine. The bursts will keep your heart rate elevated throughout your routine boosting your metabolism. Try 1-5 minutes of jump rope, walking on an incline, running, biking, jumping jacks or climbing stairs.
    Tennis Tip of the Month
    To generate topspin on your serve imagine that the ball were a clock, for a right-hander, the strings would contact the ball at the seven o'clock position and brush up to the one o'clock position. The racquet should be moving upwards and you should try to keep the ball on the strings for as long as you can. The toss should be slightly to your left and behind you.
